Multi-Material Guitar and Ukulele Stand

This project showcases the potential of 3D printing by utilizing multi-material prints, complex geometries, and embedded hardware. I designed the stand using shape optimization and finite element analysis (FEA) to achieve a sleek and weight-optimized structure. The three materials—TPU, PC, and PC-ABS—were selected for their unique properties and were rigorously tested both through simulations and on the final product. The result is a streamlined, user-friendly product that meets all user requirements.
