Gumball Machine

In this project, I designed and fabricated a gumball dispensing machine, employing a combination of laser cutting and 3D printing techniques. The development cycle encompassed an extensive phase of ideation, prototyping, and manufacturing, involving numerous iterations and adjustments to various components. Notably, I iteratively modified the funnel mechanism to prevent clogging issues and enhanced the overall dispensing mechanism for optimal functionality.

This project served as a valuable learning experience during my early college years, providing a deep dive into Computer-Aided Design (CAD), additive manufacturing, and the intricacies of the design process. The challenges encountered and solutions devised throughout this endeavor contributed significantly to my skill set and understanding of the complexities inherent in bringing a concept to fruition.
